- AdExchanger’s article explains that Uber expects to clear $300 million in 2022 from ads in its food delivery apps (Uber Eats and Postmates) and the core ride-hailing app, plus physical ads drivers can elect to place on top of vehicles.
- Marketing Charts’ survey shows that 78% of the marketer respondents say their customer engagement is driven by data. It also shows that 63% of marketers say customers impact their strategy, while 59% also saying they impact their technology and business model
- eMarketer’s report on Germany’s Ad Spending growth, shows that, in 2021, the leading industry was retail, that grew its ad spending by a 25.6%. Second place was for Financial Services with 20.1%.
- eMarketer’s forecast projects that, in 2021, the number of paid digital audio subscribers in the US will hit 121.9 million this year, up 11% over 2020’s total.
